Went To Muzium Negara with Kolej Ibu Zain Resident

 

    

After all of MAW or orientation day finished, we as KIZ resident get the opportunity to do KL Tour, by visiting Muzium Negara and KLCC. Arriving at the museum, we were greeted by a calm and elegant building. Inside, the museum showcased a wide range of collections, historical displays, and economic timelines that told the story of Malaysia’s development over the years. One section focused specifically on the country’s economic conditions, tracing how Malaysia evolved from its early era to a more modern and industrialized economy. 

In Muzium Negara there were detailed explanations about inflation in Malaysia, showing how prices, currency value, and cost of living shifted from decade to decade. Graphs, photos, and historical documents helped us understand how different economic policies and global events shaped Malaysia’s financial landscape. For us, who came from different country and historical backgrounds, it was new insight for me about how a country grows economically and responds to challenges.
