KIZ Bowling Competition

In November, KIZ held a bowling competition at Bangi Gateway. When we first heard about it, we didn’t feel too excited. Bowling wasn’t something we played often, and most of us didn’t even know how to play bowling properly. But since the event was free and open to residents, we decided to join anyway. After all, trying something new together is always more fun than staying in the dorm.

Once the game began, our predictions were correct. The balls rolled to wrong direction and only few ball hit the target. Some more landed in the gutter immediately, some hit just one or two pins, and once in a while someone would accidentally score a strike and shout in disbelief. Even though we weren’t the best players, the competition turned out to be fun.

In the end, we didn’t win any prizes, but its doesn’t matter. What we gained was the experience, the laughter, and the memory of doing something new together.
